If there’s anything that bugs you, please send in the bug. We will email you back and let you know when the bug has been fixed.

Luckily, we weren't asleep or on holiday. Anyway, this means you'll have to manually send us an email to sean “at” psychotactics.com. Sorry for the bother.
Step 2
Hand Painted Special Cards for the Bug of the Month
We would love to send everyone a postcard, but we get hundreds of suggestions and bugs throughout the year. However, if we find your bug to be one that makes us go “Oops”, we'll send you this hand-painted envelope with a gorgeous postcard all the way from New Zealand. We hope you'll trust our judgement.
Just to make the bug-spotting more fun, do send us your address details, and we'll send out postcards to three lucky winners every month. (Please note: We can only send to three winners every month).
Note: This second step is not compulsory, but if you'd like to get the postcard, then you will need to send us your address. Your details will not be used for any other purpose than to send you the card. Be sure to check your details before sending it. We'd hate to have the postcard go around the world and come back!
P.S. If we find the bug to be super cool, we'll be happy to send chocolate.
