Sometimes, it's best not to think of anything.
And just to be in the no-fi zone.
Because as much as your brain needs to work, it also needs to relax.
No email. No phone. No wi-fi.
Just blank thoughts.
Besides, blank thoughts are so much easier to mind-map, eh?

Hi Sean
Thank you for pointing me in the direction of your “Mapula Raza”. I could get carried away even with a blank map by creating an empty structure. Perhaps a blank central topic is all you need,
Just finished filling my head with 4 days of music.whilst accompanied by two mind mappers. Also good for the brain. We hardly talked about mind mapping at all.
Best regards, Andrew

I’m off to blank my head too. I’ll be away for almost a week, as part of my three-month vacation. (I’ll explain in the next post).

Hi Sean–
Love the cartoons.
I’m a non-linear thinker.
And I mind map.
And some of the folks I’m developing have fallen in love with mind-mapping.
But mind-mapping can also be an elixir for the busy mind. It’s a way to facilitate the wandering of the busy mind.
That’s a good thing sometimes. But if this is what you do all the time, you’ll eventually get garbage.
Meditation simply kicks ass.
