Testimonials are pretty simple – surely I didn’t need to read 125 pages about them?
But reading Sean’s book showed me how much more I could gain from using effective testimonials. And how much work I needed to do if I was going to get these results.
In fact, Sean’s book has caused me a lot of grief!
It’s been a real call to action. I’m putting a whole new testimonial programme together at the moment. And it will change the whole feel of my website. Visitors will now be able to understand the customer experience.
But I won’t just be working on my website testimonials
What I really liked about Sean’s book was how it taught me to get testimonials in so many other places. (You’ll have to read to the book to find out how you can do this!)
And the book also taught me how to use testimonials as valuable customer feedback. And how they can be used to develop my marketing. And why I needed to be careful about whom I got my testimonials from.
It’s about so much more than testimonials.
There’s a whole series of valuable lessons about marketing in here. But don’t just take my word for it – read some of the other testimonials too ;o)
P.S. Make sure you get the premium version: the audio files are really useful.
