P.S. In case you have any questions, please email me. I do answer every email.
I listened to all of the MP3s to and from work on the train on my iPhone. I live in NZ so I found Sean’s references to local things I can relate to, was very relevant.
The 3 pronged arroach made total sense. It can be hard to navigate through all the tips, strategies and info that you come across when starting out but Sean put each of these aspects into different categories and into bite sized pieces that can be implemented.
The thing that I liked about this whole course was it’s simplicity. I got it…. easily.
I am starting up an import business and I can see so many things that I can put into my 30 page ebook. The trouble is how to keep it to only 30 pages….. but then I would have enough material for part 2… the next 30 pages.
Thanks Sean for opening up this course and made is so accessable.
A few months ago, I was searching for a way to improve my business, the brain alchemy opened my eyes to a new way to work, I never believed that the 3 prong system may apply to my business. I was wrong and I’m thankful to find this information. Since Sean gives this course for no cost, I’m always trying to invite people to meet psychotactics.com in a way to help friends and generate new customers to Sean, also I plan to get more courses from here, thanks so much.
shhhhh…. everyone stop saying all these great things about Sean’s classes! our competitors are gonna find out!
Keep it on the down-low, but Brain Audit is a, err, no-brainer. :-s
Congratulations Sean. You have earned your own folder on my bookmark bar. Valuable real estate indeed.
I found this course to be very helpful. It is deceptively simple, but had me thinking about my approach differently after the first day I listened to it. I am only about halfway through, and already feel like I have a new way to approach my business. I absolutely recommend this course.
I’ve read the notes and listened to almost every audio file of the Brain Alchemy Masterclass. Firstly, it gives me a huge amount of learning material that is right what I need to review my business model.
I’m working as a psychoanalyst, supervisor and coach for health care professionals. Almost 100% of my time is filled with training and consulting, thus selling time for money.
My biggest learning came through the chapters ‘Structuring Your Business’ with the Three Prong System, and ‘Time Concepts’ with the idea of recycling information.
I’ve got tons of material from my courses, training and coaching sessions. Right now I’m implementing the three prong system. My goal is to increase my leverage from near to zero to 10% in 2014. To achieve this goal, I am revising my material in order to create some products/educational stuff like ebooks, an online-course and as a platform for my online presence (one of my biggest plans for the next 3 years) a membership site for my clients.
I’m looking forward to further working my way through the concepts of the Masterclass, taking small steps at a time, which is one of my biggest learnings, too.
I would recommend your course to every small business owner who is serious about implementing a system, not a set of isolated tactics.
If I could add something to your course, it would be some kind of implementation forum like we have for the Website Masterclass in 5000bc right now. But to be honest, I’d then need another 2 or 3 hours a day to get the work done.
Finally, thanks Sean for giving away this highly valuable load of information. I really appreciate it.
Hi Sean,
Thank you for giving me a copy of your course. At the time I had the time to go through it and finished the first lesson but as I got busy with work I could not complete it.
I’ve been very familiar with residual income for quite some time and have implemented a very simple membership site where people can optin and learn Japanese for free and get half of the audio free and the other half paid. Recently I’ve made all free because I have gotten into mobile apps and found that they are very profitable and very easy to create. A free app with ads.
I’ve also created a very successful landing page for another herbal tea business with iPhone app and in the app a form to subscribe to my herbal tea course and this is getting signups on a weekly basis far more than the previous monthly rate.
Very sorry that I have not had the time to sit through the course you worked very hard to create but I promise I will try to get to it and digest the info over time.
all the best,
Ben
Working in the e commerce Internet sales environment the course material has helped us compete not just on price by being able to implement some of the master class suggestions. Still have some more audio files to run through and am looking forward to finding more hidden gems within.
Kind regards
Andrew. (UK)
I am in a service industry and only get paid when I work. I have assumed until now that I would be working until I was no longer able and then have to live off whatever savings and retirement funds I had set aside. The Brain Alchemy gave me a vision of how, without leaving my current position, I can begin to build residual income based on the knowledge I already possess. It was truly an eye opening program.
Thanks for sharing it with me!
The Alchemy MasterClass got my thinking about that I really need to sit down and finish writing my 30 page eBook. That I don’t need the book to be a huge 600 page book and that I should start small.
The biggest learning is the spider secret and how you need to proceed to sell free. All that sequence.
I’ve not fully implemented the learning from the Alchemy Master Class. I’ve just started to implement the 3 prong system by thinking of what products I’ve already have and what I need to develop to have my 3 month vacation. It’s hard to say what a difference it’ll make right now because I’ve just started. I’ll keep you posted.
The other three benefits are: The Opt-in Process; that you shouldn’t scam your customers but instead take care, guide and protect your clients. The reason why you need to educate your clients so it leads to sales.
I’d recommend this course on the bases of the strategy you get. How to set up your business to get great results (not just economically) and with the benefit of clients that come back for more.
Warm regards,
Marius W
PS. Thanks for giving this away totally free.
The MasterClass was all about getting rid of the struggle. My business is still a struggle but less so now than before I took the Class.
I read the Brain Audit book several times prior to the MasterClass learning. Section One expanded on the book and was particularly helpful.
I am now asking for testimonials with brand new understanding. “Reverse Testimonials” make great sense and I look forward to implementing this new approach.
The Spider’s Secret was a very powerful section and the power of giving was particularly well presented.
I would most certainly recommend this course. It represents a fresh approach to thinking about business and the concepts presented will lead to less struggle and more success.
I have now listened to the audio 4 times and have now read the accompanying pages 3 times. I am amazed at what I am learning. I think I have thought of some of this stuff but haven’t been able to put a tail on it, but now I can. To continue with these studies I have purchased the Brain Audit and am still to join 5000BC and then to get into the article writing course. Thanks Sean it’s been a bit of ‘bloody’ great stuff. (A bit of Kiwi there.)
I have barely scratched the surface with your Brain Alchemy Master Class. (I listen to the audio in my car driving.)I will report back with more comprehensive feedback about my experience.
However I do want to mention that the biggest thing right now that has really made an impact is leveraging my business.
You talk about:
Consulting
Training
Leverage
Well leveraging is something that I knew I need to get going on with. However listening to you really drove the point home.
As a professional magician, my consulting is performing. If I get sick, hurt, etc., and cannot perform I am basically screwed. In the past few years the idea that I need to figure out how I can earn income without physically ‘consulting’ has off and on running through my head.
Even though I am getting up in age (55), I am fortunate I to have been blessed with excellent health, (marathon runner) and I have never missed a gig in my life due to illness. However all it takes is one major illness or injury and I am out of the game.
I have ideas of how I can accomplish this, but at times with being so busy with the consulting, it’s easy to fall into the trap of not working on the leverage!
So thank you for driving that point home for me. (I have listened to that particular audio at least 10 times now!) So now you know why it’s taking me so long to get through it. :o)
As I mentioned I will report back when I am further along with the course.
Thank you for making the Master Class available online. I really believe it will make a huge difference not only for me, but for anyone who will apply what you are teaching.
Wishing you the best,
Franc Karpo
Dear Sean,
I’ve been a fan for years and this course has, as all of your content does, a great deal of useful information. Of course, this is taking much longer to get through than I’d planned.
It was interesting to see you use a web designer in the appeteaser portion, but only for the first two areas: consulting and training, but not the leverage area. It would have been nice to see you carry that through because one of our struggles is how to create “products” since we are a creative services business. Clients pay us for our ideas and the implementation of those ideas: web sites, print materials, presentations, trade show graphics, and the like.
Right now we have an ebook about creating better presentation slides that we give away. As an extension of that, we could consider developing a training course/webinar and charge a fee. What I’m not seeing is much in the way of “products” that we could charge for. Perhaps I need to delve deeper into your material.
I strongly recommend the Brain Alchemy Master Class for all small business owners – regardless of the type of business you are involved in. Probably the biggest revelation of listening to the material is that the ‘hands-on’ approach (which I had been following) is not the answer that I thought it was. I suffer from FTI just as much as everyone else, but the information Sean shares has inspired me to begin writing articles that I will be putting together and selling as real product later this year. I used to think success in small business was very elusive. After going through the Master Class, I no longer feel that way. It is truly amazing how simple it can be. If you are looking for inspiration to help you change and succeed, look no further.
Working my way through it forthe second time. There’s so much you miss the first go ’round. Sean knows his stuff. A saying: A smart man (woman) learns from his (her) mistakes. A WISE man learns from the mistakes of others’.
I listened to a fair number of the Brain Alchemy Masterclass MP3’s and I have written down a number of learnings that I will act upon. In some cases I already used them to test them for my business.
One of the learnings that I found quite useful was the problem-solution-your specific solution build-up you recommend for sales copy, which I am about to test on the about us page for a major client. As an online copywriter I am always keen to pick up new text structures and psychological triggers and this one was new to me.
I recommend taking this course to small and middle sized businesses because it contains a wealth of knowledge on how to market and sell. It’s all new school marketing: none of the traditional cold calling type of stuff, but marketing by educating your customers, giving them irresistible information that will create a hunger for more and actionable tips on how to productize your expertise.
Thanks Sean!
Having read the Brain Alchemy (I’m still working on finding time to listen to most of the excellent downloads!), I realised a lot of our marketing was quite unfriendly to the reader.
One of the most hepful things I learnt was identifying the one person you were addressing- this made it so much easier to write in a conversational way, using non-technical language.
We have applied some of the techniques in our email campaigns and the results have definitely improved. Now working on our website over the next few monthswhich is a huge challenge for us but made much easier with the knowledge gained from the Brain Alchemy.
The psychology was amazing and made perfect sense to me and will definitely influence our communications with potential customers going forward. I would definitely recommend the Brain Alchemy classes; you can learn so much in a relatively short period of time and eveyrthing is written in the most digestible format I’ve ever seen. You finish reading feeling really fired up to not only get writing but also very positive and keen to tackle anything.
All in all, excellent classes and website. Sean is very generous with his information.
Firstly thanks for sending through the Brain Masterclass – I found it very interesting (as are all your newsletters!)
I should mention to start with that I don’t work in Marketing, Sales, or have my own business – I work in education. When I first subscribed to your newsletter, I had in mind the bi-monthly newsletter that I write, and the thought of trying to increase the readership and engage those people. Since then, my perspective has changed. I have decided to go back to study and retrain this year, and now I read the information that you send with the view to potentially setting up my own business in the future.
1) I found the Masterclass to be a fascinating insight and loved that the logic was so simple but also obvious…I am quite sure the tactics would work on me.
2) I was particularly interested in the 3 prong approach and how you can make your skills work for you – not just by ‘doing your job’ but by making other media work for you as well.
4) Benefits …1) Easy to follow and understand 2) Simple, logical concepts that are easy to remember 3) 2 different formats – text and audio so it’s easy to make time
I would recommend this course – even though I am not in a position to use the content now, I would recommend it as being – interesting, fun to read – a direct, commonsense, intelligent approach, which just makes sense and I can see how the processes would work.
Just thank you for all the information, I enjoy reading it!
Thanks again and Happy New Year,
Hannah

I found that there is a simple way, though not intuitively obvious, to draw clients in, build trust, and give them exactly what they need.
My biggest learning – Giving is a strategy and 30 pages.
I am currently writing an ebook which I now plan to offer free to potential clients who come to my website (after they opt-in) as a way to start building credibility. I now understand I need to put my best information in this ebook.
4. Three other benefits
A) Focusing on benefits is not the right approach – rather it is information and education. Benefit is knowing how best to attract clients
B) By starting with a simple, structured call-in Q&A, I gain the substance for a whole series of products. Benefit is leveraging my effort
C) Testimonials are very important in building trust. Benefit is that the means of obtaining them and how they should be structures was carefully explained.
I would definitely recommend this course. It offers business owners a clear method, much more likely to succeed than the dreaded traditional sales techniques, to attract and convert prospects.
I would like to add that this course is packed with valuable information and was extremely useful. It was so focused and insightful, and presented in such an engaging way, that I devoured the lessons in just a few days. From the recording, it seems like participating in the class in person would be even more powerful due to both the personal attention from Sean and the other presenters, and the perspectives shared by the participants.
Thank you for your gift, Sean. I haven’t completed everything yet–there is so much to go through. But I was intrigued enough to purchase the Brain Audit recently and it is already worth it. I have high expectations in 2012 and from what you’re teaching in these downloads it looks like I will see clear footprints to guide me. You’re doing an awesome job with your own business.
You also do respond to emails–and quickly!
I’m looking forward to being “energized” when I finish my new business plan with your teaching assistance. Getting there…step by step.
Hi Shaun
At the outset let me say that the material you offer is invaluable. You don’t miss a beat and cover all bases. An absolute must for anyone that happens to be “In The Dreaming Room” of thinking about business and needs a prompt and guidance.
I’ve been in marketing and business for nigh on 50 years. I have spent all that time in continuous learning, subscribed to every known bit of information with payment and signed up for your material more to see what the new guard has come up with.
It’s all there, not that I got past the first lesson and it’s not that I know everything. While you nail the basics and advise on the trends and requirements I think that in 2012 the basic needs to be known but as Seth Godin so adequately puts it… “If you jump in front of a bus you’ll certainly get noticed…. something everyone wants to happen, BUT YOU’LL STILL BE UNDER THE BUS.”
I spend 24/7 on this and can honestly say to your readers that Shauns info is a must and essential knowledge. Be brave, don’t die guessing, do it, test ,test and test again and then refine everything he says and stop being generic and make the knoweldge specific.
Regards
Michael Ratner
Sean, I love your material and your teaching style! I’ve listened to the Brain Audit three times, Brain Alchemy once and working on the second time. They have been some of my favorite companions in a period of convalescence. I’ve been brooding over what you teach, like a hen on a box of eggs.
As a result, I see that I have two target audiences, not one, but they are very narrow. Thank you. That was a real breakthrough. I am revamping a free auto responder course incorporating the red bags. My selling there was pitiful. After that, I’ll hit the sales copy on the website, Your red bags give a better route to follow than anything else I have read.
All your material is eye-opening, a fresh and challenging way of looking at marketing. But, what really struck me was classifying testimonials as risk reversal and how to do that. Dynamite!
Three other benefits:
a. The concepts are clearly articulated, easy to follow and fun to listen to. This does not feel like school but the learning is immense.
b. The audio production is excellent.
c. There is so much information packed into these audios you can listen to them several times and still dig out new nuggets. There’s just too much to take in with one run.
I do recommend this class. It demands you look at marketing through a new prism, brushing away the cobwebs of lessons learned long ago that may or may not be fruitful. This is fresh and motivating. Dig into that old sales copy and get it working like it never has before!
Sean, the Brain Alchemy was like Christmas a little bit early.
Thank you so much!

Hello Sean,
I have spent quite a bit of time online learning from others. Blogs and webinars have been ways in which I have acquired marketing info for free, but nothing has compared to the free MasterClass for quality and quantity.
I have been using much of what I learn by applying those lessons to my web site, but I have not taken the big step of putting dollars into marketing/advertising. There are a few things I want to fine tune first and I haven’t listened to all the MP3 files yet.
I used to be quite guarded about my own information and I would keep it secret or worry about how much I gave away for free. Most of what I have been learning in 2011 is that I need to give my best information away for free. The truth is that very few people are going to make use of what I offer for free and most of those people are not going to be my competitors. I’m sure my competitors don’t think I’ve got THE answer to anything.
From another source, recently, I learned that the absolutely best marketing response came from Facebook targeted ads. It outperformed Google paid ads by a long shot. This was real time information delivered free as it came in and I thought… “These guys aren’t afraid to share.”
Sean I see that you are not afraid to share either. It must be because the number one reason for giving info away for free is because the web is all about sharing. People that aren’t sharing are not doing much of anything on the web.
#1
What I learned from the MasterClass is why I love psychology and marketing.
#2
My biggest learning is to share, share, share.
#3
Implementing what I have learned is taking my content up a notch. My web business is still low in traffic and I don’t want to push this just yet, but I’m getting close to being ready.
#4
Added benefits are how the information (a) confirms, (b) validates and (c) propels me into totally new ways to think psychologically with marketing.
#5
I would recommend the Brain Audit MasterClass to anyone that wants to get their head on straight about web markieting. The psychological insights are profound, and I am not new to psychological insights.
#6
What Sean is doing with the free download is a huge lesson in online marketing that comes before you read or listen to word-one. It is the truest example of walking the walk and putting the web marketing principles of sharing to work.
We can fantisize about our business going viral on the web but just keep in mind that nothing ever went viral that wasn’t shared by millions.
The Alchemy Masterclass taught me to be targeted and specific about where I need to take my business. Although I have only listened to a couple of the mp3’s, I have learned a lot about building trust and the spiders secret was a real eye opener.
My biggest learning is that one needs to become an expert in their field.
People don’t always buy on price
Give Give Give
Your customers are your children, protect them from your competitors
I would recommend this course because, it’s so concise and to the point, and its been tried and tested, and Sean is so clear and to the point with his teaching methods, and he is a great role model for me.
Thank you for the opportunity to download the course and being so generous with your products and time, I have recently purchased The Brain Audit – masterpiece.
I discovered that successful marketing is a blend of science and art, but also that anyone can undertake it. You don’t have to be an expert at communicating if you just follow the process as the MasterClass lays it out. Even better if you have good communication skills, because the techniques revealed in the MasterClass help the good communicators tweak their message to really make them effective.
I consider three factors to be my most important takeaways:
1. The class helped me figure out how to identify and hone my target audience
2. Helped me understand the importance of solving a problem for the prospective client.
3. The importance of moving away from consulting toward the less labor intensive training and leverage methods. In fact I found this aspect to be a confirmation of something I knew intuitively, but didn’t know how implement. As a photographer, I have been working to do more training and classes (even though some are one on one) than photo sessions. This class helped solidify my goal to expand this aspect of my business.
Three other benefits
1. The importance of setting goals—I know I need to do this, but finding the time to quietly sit and consider it was difficult to do. The class helped me make goal setting a priority.
2. The effectiveness of identifying the problem before naming the solution. My philosophy is about being kind above all else, and I therefore approached everything with a positive perspective. I didn’t realize how this perspective watered down my message when trying to get the prospect’s attention.
3. The importance of managing time
I whole-hardheartedly recommend this course and the other resources offered through Psychotactics. The ideas are presented in a manner that is engaging, interesting and most importantly not overwhelming. Even though I could recognize when the Psychotactics process was being utilized, I appreciated the chance to see it in action, and understand on a first-hand basis how effective they could be. I also appreciate the upbeat, encouraging manner in which everything is presented.
I just love the resource Psychotactics has been for me over the years. Some of the products and courses offered have been out of my budget, but I have utilized every bit of the information I have been able to glean from the free and less expensive offerings. Thank you to Sean and your team for sharing these insights.
The questions by number, per your email of 12-20-11 (US date format):
Question 1 was above.
2. I’m not sure I’ve had my biggest learning yet. I’m positive there’s more to come, particularly as I sit with the notes. We have a long car trip coming up, and I’ll probably work with the material quite a bit on the outbound leg.
3. Per my first answer, the people who want to collaborate with me on developing product and I are meeting in the new year to start that process. So the implementation is beginning.
4. Other benefits:
a. A shorthand nomenclature for the three-pronged system that’s neither too tied to the DM jargon of Gary Halbert/John Carlton/Dan Kennedy (whom it’s easy to regard as the gurus of how to sell snake oil) nor too oofy-foofy-spiritual nor too tied to the gurus of the internet. Course, I realize these audios come before the era of Russell Brunson and the new snake-oil sales folk.
b. A sense of how to tell if the ways I’m thinking of applying the material are going to work or not, by the feedback the group gives various participants.
c. The realization that not only am I not my target audience – but that no matter how hard he tries to imagine himself in the shoes of an entrepreneur, my husband is also not my target audience and never will be. The priorities of his discipline are different.
5. I would wholeheartedly recommend it.
6. I felt shortchanged in the section on principles of human influence. The intro sounded as if there would be training and strategies – a whole section, not just 20 minutes on Dave growing up in the radical Christian cult. Would have liked more from that morning. Also, I probably won’t listen to the testimonials again. I’ve been involved in seminar recruitment myself, and I know how important they are when we want to enroll people. But in this program, which, granted, I’m consuming for free, I’m already enrolled! If I had paid the full tuition, I think I would have been even more irritated to find I’d laid down that kind of money for an hour’s worth of audio telling me why I should keep listening and what these people got out of the program. I think, if I were you, I’d either cut them or make them bonus tracks, titled, ‘Having trouble seeing the value? Here’s what people were saying at this point of the course in 2002 . . .’ I don’t find their testimonials relevant in the same way their sharing in the actual courseware is.
Two things stand out:
1. A year ago I produced a report that’s really an ebook and have been offering it free on my site. The Master Class has made me realize it’s actually grist for an entire curriculum of products.
2. I have friends who want to collaborate with me on consulting projects. I’d been thinking we needed clients for those. Instead, what we need to do is collaborate on creating products and training – and the clients will come.
(Or not – who cares? As long as there’s business coming out of it somehow.)
I’m loving Psychotactics.
I’m new to blogging, having a website, and online teaching.
As a teacher of 25+ years I understand how to reach people in person. The online thing is trickier so I’m looking for ways to be most effective and efficient. I’m no Spring chicken and have to get the most out of my time.
I taught my first online class on story structure last September.
I created a website and blog to take advantage of that.
Only after reading many of your free articles, getting your Black Belt Presentations, and lately listening and reading the Brain Alchemy Masterclass do I really have a clear picture of what I want to do with my blog and website and materials for and to supplement my Story Structure Safari class.
WOW, what I’ve learned.
I got a clearer understanding of the Brain Audit and the value of having a story and symbols to help students/readers understand the material. It also helped me recognize what I was already doing very right with my Story Structure Safari class. I use many of the techniques you discussed in the Brain Alchemy class, but this will help me fine tune them and use them to greater effectiveness.
I think the biggest ah-ha was the Problem focus of headlines and articles. Then following up with a solution to a specific target audience. Forcing myself not to just scatter shoot my blog posts and class, but give them a clearer focus for the target audience. Forcing myself to figure out who my target audience is.
I’ve already contacted my web designer about adding a tagline to help create a trigger in the reader–How do you do that, what does that mean.
I’m planning on adding a gift to my thank you page and having a separate section accessible only to students or former students with goodies to supplement class.
The Three Prong System is great. Your discussion of leverage inspires me to want to put together more products and make them available. I’ve just taught the one online class so am wanting to tweak the lessons, but they will be available within the next year for separate purchase.
I would highly recommend the course, but it is not likely within a price range that would be accessible to most people I know including me.
It was a major stretch for me to buy the Black Belt Presentations. That was way crazy a price, but I plan on doing more presentations and again I was willing to pay for the knowledge to shortcut my learning curve in design and ideas.
Sean, I love your work. The pricing of your materials I call ambitious. I hope to find an appropriate value for my materials in the future. The market for online creative writing classes is way less than what you are charging for your classes and materials. So finding a way to balance the value of my product with the need to gain credibility and a following is my challenge right now.
Thanks so much for the great work you do at Psychotactics. The value of the materials you put together is outstanding.

I left a comment yesterday, but have to add that we have already implemented the business structure you suggest in the workshop and it’s simplified the way we look at our company’s present and future. I highly recommend this course!
As a result of listening and reading The Brain Alchemy MasterClass
tt has made me look at the way we approach our business, customers and sales processes totally differently – and I am only half way through the audio tapes (up to tape 12).
This course is like the missing piece of a jig saw puzzle –) all of a sudden you see how all of your other information, products and courses (all of which have been just as good as this one) inter link to create a really powerful, yet simple to understand and use, set of systems and processes.
Three benefits
-The importance of the trigger
-Use of “catchment areas”
-Auditing of your work, article, sales page etc before finalising it.
I would recommend this course absolutely and without question, because it compels you look at what and how you do things from a totally different angle – one that is simple yet incredibly powerful.
I would also recommend the Blackbelt Presentation, Client Attractors and Article Writing courses / products – and if you have these but haven’t done the Brain Alchemy course then you must as it will increase the value of these courses even further.

Sean, I read the Brain Audit, felt that the incredible sum I’d paid for that ebook was actually worth it, and then had the good fortune to receive the full workshop, free of charge.
I have only listened to part of it, because it set us off in new directions that ended up to be more a testing the waters and now we have other directions to follow! I now have begun to re-do our site and materials to reflect the new directions… luckily, you never suggest it will be easy.
You give the information in an integrated, consistent, easy to understand format that I pretty much absorb organically, and then can go back to refresh myself when I focus in on one of the items (such as – okay, what’s the problem that will really grab people TODAY – not tomorrow or yesterday?).
My hesitation was that it might be too much information on top of the Brain Audit, but some of the early workshop classes expanded on what I’d learned in the BA so I get it more completely now.
I could probably go on all day, but there is too much work to be done implementing your brainy ideas!
Thank you again for this material. A great way to fin great ideas.
Just a request, if I may.
Could you do some edition on the audio files ?
What I mean is :
– Cut what is not crucial.
– Write a kind of “audio guide.” For example : “In this audio you will discover 5 strategies to use when you have a brick and mortar business ” etc.
Thanks again.
PS : a quick tip for your videos on Youtube. Start every description with http://www.PsychoTactics.com This way, more people will get to your site.
Sean,
Thank you for you generosity with the Brain Alchemy Masterclass.
I have listened to the audio’s numerous times and my printed notes are well scribbled on.
I am using your system to set up my business from the ground up, and loved your concept of spider’s secret and leveraging my efforts with the 3 prong system.
I highly encourage getting your hands on a copy.
Firstly, I want to say lucky Renuka!
Secondly, I am going through the course, it’s on my Ipod non stop and I listen while washing the dishes, riding my bike and anytime when my kids don’t need my full attention.
I do think that a lot of what is taught is not new (for me anyway) – pretty basic, intelligent marketing, but the way that Sean packages his content makes it easy to understand, inspiring and doable.
I have loads of wonderful ideas for my new business (health spa for pregnant women) and the Brain Alchemy Masterclass has been indispensable for me. I love the spider idea and of course consulting, training and leverage. I love the risk referral, the problem and solution and I’m also now watching all the training movies on YouTube.
Thank you very much, you probably haven’t seen the last of me…
Sean, apologies it has taken me so long to leave feedback.
Firstly thank you for making the brain alchemy masterclass available for download. I had started listening to the MP3’s a few months ago but got distrated (well I should really say I allowed myself to get distracted).
Last week I knew I had a few meetings to travel to so I knew I would be in the car for several hours at a time. So I burnt the first third of the MP3 onto CDs and listened to them in the car. WOW! Where do I start? Consulting/Training/Leverage – the simplicity is pure genius. Triggers with Problem/Solution/Target Audience – brilliant. The concept of giving as a strategy – superb.
I have the other two thirds to work through and cannot wait.
Sean, you are a scholar and a gent – keep up the great work.
I was not too happy to recieve all those .mp3 files. I never thought I would use them. But once I got an IPod shuffle, the first thing I loaded was those files. I love listening to them while taking long walks. I can think, reflect and plan.
I am just now developing a new Web site and am following the rules. After years of struggling with not knowing what to do for Web site content, it has become much easier because of the information in the Brain Alchemy Masterclass – I have direction.
And that direction is to apply the Spider’s Web and Three-Prong concepts to my business. How? I am writing an ebook that I will sell on my new site. It’s in the Brain Audit format, but instead of 7 bags I am using 8 valves in an industrial process. Then I will build the rest of the business on this foundational piece.
I highly recommed this course. It got me going, a kick-start. I already had the Brain Audit, so the Masterclass concepts made a lot of sense to me.
Thank you so much Sean. It is the best gift in the world!
Thanks for the downloads Sean.
I sort of wondered as I signed up for the program whether or not it would be valuable to me; after all I have a B. degree in Operations and an M.B.A.
I found that what I had learned was at the macro level, what I learned from you was at the micro level. Information useful to anybody in business, not just CEOs.
Thank you for a new look at marketing at the ground floor. It works too.
Rob
Sean you are a genius!
You have a remarkable ability to make things stick.
I have got 1/2 way through the masterclass and can see real value in it’s application. So much that once applied to our business I am confident we will surpass all of our expectations.
Although I thought I knew how to “do marketing” and the importance of targeting etc you have completely turned my thinking around by making everything so simple.
Thank you, Sean, for making this available. Once I complete the Master class what product/s do you recommend I purchase?
I still haven’t listened to all of the sessions. Those that I have listened to, I’ve done several times. And I’ve implemented some of the basic things like redefining my business with problem/solution/target audience. I can’t quite my day job, yet so implementation is slow and methodical for me. But I like what I’m beginning to see. I have more focus and I recognize that this business model is one that works for me.
I have an information web site and I sell books with the same information. The MasterClass assured me that it’s OK to give away a lot of information for free. I love having that liberty and I can repackage it and sell it in a zillion different ways. It’s something I love to do and now that my site is built to accommodate my new model, I’m write more and making more of a difference.
Thanks so much, Sean for your generosity and for the great information.
Hi Sean
Thank you for the complimentary copy of The Brain Alchemy MasterClass. I have listened to all of the audios at least twice and some of them three times.
The biggest learning for me was your re-definition of consulting, training and leverage. I have consulted and trained in the past but your description of a rock star “consulting”, “training” and adding “leverage” took my thinking to another dimension.
In the past, I have given away a lot of good information and I will continue to do so. The Masterclass validated that but it has also done two other things for me in this area –i.e. it highlighted the necessity of following “the rules of giving”; and, it has prompted me to develop ways to package and re-purpose my material. The list of ways shown on page 23 is most valuable.
I recommend this course to anyone who wants to start or grow their own business. Listen to the audios, read and re-read the written material and make it your own. Underscore it, highlight it and put notes all over it and then listen to the audios again. It will change your business. It will also change how you think and live.
Thanks again, Sean, for the opportunity to take your Masterclass.
You’re welcome
Hi Sean,
I’ve been taking your advice and listening to each segment 3-4 times, so haven’t made it through all the downloads yet, but I’m certainly going to hang in there and make sure I get all of them firmly imprinted in my mind!
There’s a wealth of business strategy here that would probably have taken me years to figure out on my own, so I’m really grateful for having access to this information. And doing a Brain Audit of my company is on the ‘definitely needs to be done soon’ list 🙂
What has stood out for me so far are your thoughts on the 3-pronged system (consulting/training/leverage). It makes so much sense, especially to someone who has never aspired to build a large company with lots of staff – I want to be an entrepreneuer/creator rather than a manager! – so this approach makes so much sense! It also fits my skill set as a former academic perfectly. I can certainly do consulting, but training and leverage are absolutely the things that I really WANT to do, and it’s great to know in detail how to make this work in business terms.
The spider’s secret and emphasis on giving and education are also incredibly valuable and insightful. These are concrete concepts of how to do ethical marketing (and business for that matter) that make them a win-win for everyone involved.
Thank you so much for making this material available to us – it really is business and life changing stuff!
Sean what you delivered was amazing. As I told you via email there is only ONE count them ONE person who I have even seen training these concepts. Your ideology on product development is by far makes the greatets sense.
Hi Sean
Many thanks for making this download available – I burnt it to CD and have it on “high rotate” in my car ever since. It improves with every hearing – and there was a lot to hear! Just as well the car trip is 30 minutes each way, so I can get through the hours over a few weeks. I find more useful information each time I listen.
Your concepts and frameworks have really helped me get clear on what to do with my start-up business. I find all your material very useful and aim to use more of your services in the future.

I recieved the downloads and have read my way through them. The insights and learnings are fantastic especially the theory around ‘giving’ as a marketing strategy – we’re in financial services so it’s interesting to look at information giveaways in this space.
We’re also working through some re-positioning and segmentation work at present and I’ll be looking to integrate the learnings -especially the steps of the Brain Audit – to our business.
Many Thanks
Gemma
Hi Sean,
I really enjoyed your course. I have gone through the whole course once and I plan on going through it at least 3 more times! I am also in the process of reading the books Sean recommended. I have learned more in 3 months than I learned in 3 years of school. The timing was perfect as I am considering starting a freelance business.
Thank you so much, Sean, for offering this course.
The Brain Alchemy MasterClass is an outstanding business resource. I was unsure at first if the program would deliver as promised, but I found out that it delivered 100% and more.
My biggest learning from the class was the power of giving and to “give ideas and sell the system.” Pure gold! I’m currently working on building my system.
I would absolutely recommend the course without reservation to anyone who wants to jump start their business and take it to the next level.
Hi Sean.
Well I was in 2009 offer…
And life changed unexpectedly, after initial success with my hypnosis site (SBI), I did the smart thing, I started doing other things 🙂
Long story short, the brain alchemy took me back on the track of being in my own niche and grow here.
I have implemented a log of things like spiders secret, how to get a product within 30 mins and a long list of things I can’t remember.
I feel that its time to re listen the course, so that I can type more here 🙂
Thanks a lot for offering it for free, in that point of time I was really in need of it. Really if today I am going in right direction it is because of your brain alchemy giveaway in 2009.
Warm regards,
Cheetu
P.S I will re listen the course in June 2011 and get back with lots of feedback then.
Thank you for the complimentary downloads of the Brain Alchemy MasterClass. I got most of the way through the first link you sent, however the style is not for me. Best wishes.
I’m working my way (slowly) through the course and finding the material very useful. I’ve mentioned some of the concepts to others that I know and will pass on your contact information to them.
