I bought the info products course earlier this year. Money was an obstacle, but I worked it out.
As a result of buying the product, I found:
—I found a system of breaking the info into three parts or planets.
—I found narrowing down to a few points very helpful.
The specific feature you liked most about-Listening to the recordings of a workshop.
Three other benefits?
—The use of story in info products.
—The system for assembling the info product elements.
—The creating a “bible” concept.
I would recommend this product to a friend who wanted to create info products and needed a way, a guide to do so.
I enjoyed learning by learning each chunk of the course.

I have taken a number of info-product courses and attended live events over the years. Most were good.
The problem most often has been how hard it was to separate out the actionable items from all of the information presented.
I had to ask myself did I really need an info-products course on how to do info-products? The last thing I wanted or needed was another information dump. What I needed was something I could use as a ‘system’.
As a result of listening and reading The Information Products Self Study Course:
The information-products course was easy to follow and was laid out in a clear structure. The summaries after each section helped me understand the material and the implementation steps.
When I had completed the course, I felt I had learned a ‘system’ to use to create info products.
My past frustration with doing any kind of info-product from a simple white paper to a day-long seminar has been how to structure it. Over the years I have written many sales and marketing pieces and white papers. Some technical papers with a clear ‘how-to’ steps would be relatively straightforward. Others, not so easy and could take me days. Sean’s presentation on how to structure info-products was a significant value to me.
The specific feature I liked most about The Self Study Course:
The course was delivered as a set of audios recorded along with detailed written notes. While I generally prefer notes, I found the combination of the audios with the notes very helpful in understanding and retaining the information.
How I implemented what I learned:
At the time I went through the home study course, I had a number of info-product marketing papers and a sales proposal in progress. The structure and implementation steps I learned, helped me get this work done much quicker and easier then it would have otherwise taken.
How the implementation made a difference to my business:
Being able to get info products done easier, and quicker is a big saving. In many cases, it makes the difference between whether the particular project/product even gets completed.
Why I would recommend the course:
The clear advantage that the course provides is that at completion you have a clear roadmap on how to create and complete an info product. Whether it is a simple white paper or day-long seminar. With the implementation plan, you can also audit your own and others work to make more effective info products. The info products course was well worth the money to me.

I had previously spent a lot of money and time taking other courses with well known gurus that promised to help me start and grow my business in one way or other but somehow I struggled to implement.
I was beginning to think the problem was me!
When I first discovered Sean’s work I had already grown quite skeptical about how another course could be any different.
But I had read the Brain Audit and joined 5000bc so I had a feeling that the Infoproducts course would be different.
And what I found was that the course has completely changed me.
I actually learned far more than how to just create an infoproduct in the course. I developed confidence in my skills to develop information products that move people. I am amazed how far the course has taken me in just the first 9 days!
It was the structure, stories and summaries that I liked most about this product. In many ways it is a course within a course.
The biggest benefit for me was the building of confidence in my skills to not only create infoproducts about virtually anything but to create drama and tell stories and get organised.
I definitely recommend you take this course if you are serious about creating any infoproduct, online or offline. It doesn’t matter. It will still be incredibly valuable to you.
